General description
Travertine Silver L emanates the power of the earth and expresses its energy. This natural travertine is both elegant and classic with silvery lines resembling a fine embroidered pattern on the whole surface.
It is found at great depth, between the travertine Silver Dark and romano Classico quarry layers, and captures the essences of these two natural stones. Similarly to Silver D, travertine Silver L reveals a complex identity made of warm and elegant shades. Similarly to the Classico travertine it is suitable for lightening any ambience thanks to its soft hazelnut, beige, and cream tones. Its rarity and uniqueness is represented by the dainty streaks of the veining: silver to light brown shades enrich its palette.
The depth at which this material is quarried strongly influences this kind of roman travertine as the deeper the stone is located, the more compact it will result in the end. Silver L is considered extremely resistant and for centuries it has been used as a construction material. But there is more: by quarrying this natural stone we unearth an exclusive treasure. Each block is a completely new expression of nature’s power and is ready to be transformed into unique pieces through creativity and know-how. The place where this magic uncovering happens is in our Barco quarries, part of a long lasting tradition, which dates back to ancient Rome.
Resistance, durability, and the versatility are the hallmarks of the Tibur stone. Travertine Silver L is suitable for all types of inner and outer space furnishings. Countertops, tables or works of art and, finally, decorations will always add a classy touch to the room. Its neutral tones make it the perfect choice in dressing up walls and floors. Its warmth relaxes the eyes and delights the senses. Guests, visitors and home owners will benefit from the connection with this natural masterpiece.
